Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Panel Mounting: Prepare the control panel cutout according to the device's mechanical drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and can support the weight of the unit. Secure the Panel PC into the cutout using all provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal.
2. 2 Protective Earth (PE) Connection: Connect a low-impedance protective earth conductor to the designated PE terminal on the chassis. This connection is mandatory for operator safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Use the largest feasible wire gauge.
3. 3 Power and I/O Wiring: Connect the 110/230 V AC power supply using appropriately rated conductors. Route all signal and communication cables (Ethernet, PROFINET, USB) separately from high-voltage power lines to prevent noise induction. Use shielded cables for all data communication, and ensure shields are properly terminated at one end.
