The sensor is built with a rugged polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) tip, which is overmolded onto the stainless steel probe case to form a hermetic seal against oil, water, and industrial solvents. With an M10 x 1 thread specification, a 180 mm overall case length, and a total cable length of 1.0 meter, this configuration ensures reliable physical integration and precise gapping in heavy industrial environments.
