  • Cable Protection: When connecting the 4-pin M12 plug, ensure the cable has a "drip loop" to prevent condensation from running down the wire and into the connector. Even with an IP67 rating, long-term exposure to standing water on electrical interfaces should be avoided for maximum longevity.
