  • Grounding: The processor grounds automatically through the backplane contacts. Verify that the TSXRKY rack frame is connected to the central functional earth bar of the enclosure using a low-impedance copper strap.
  • Battery Maintenance: Replace the auxiliary memory backup battery while the PLC system remains powered up to prevent accidental data loss from volatile internal registers.
