Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Ensure the mounting panel cutout dimensions are correct and the surface is clean, flat, and capable of supporting the unit's weight (17.00 kg).
2. 2 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure it using all provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal and prevent chassis distortion.
3. 3 Connect the protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the chassis. A low-impedance ground connection is essential for safety and noise immunity.
4. 4 Connect the 110/230 V AC power supply cable to the unit's power input. Ensure the source voltage matches the specified range. Do not apply power at this stage.
5. 5 Connect all required communication cables (Ethernet, PROFIBUS, USB, Serial) to their respective ports. Ensure proper shielding and termination as required by the protocol standards.
6. 6 After verifying all connections are secure and correct, remove the lockout/tagout device and apply power to the unit for commissioning.
