Product Description

Description

The GE Energy IS200TSVCH1A is a Servo Input/Output Terminal Board designed for the Mark VIe Turbine Control System series. It provides interface connections for two electro-hydraulic servo valves used to actuate steam and fuel valves in turbine drive assemblies. The board accepts inputs from up to eight Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDTs) for valve position measurement and integrates two pulse rate signals for gas turbine fuel flow monitoring. Designed with conformal coating on its PCB assembly, the unit supports simplex, dual, and TMR control configurations and communicates with the WSVO servo driver and PSVO I/O pack.

Features

  • Interfaces with two electro-hydraulic servo valves
  • Supports up to eight LVDT winding inputs for valve position feedback
  • Includes two pulse rate signal inputs (magnetic or TTL)
  • Provides 28 V dc internal power supply capacity with socket J28 connections
  • Incorporates a K1 trip override relay driven by the protection pack
  • Equipped with conformal coating on circuit board assembly
  • Supports simplex, dual, and Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) control modes
  • Includes an integrated shield bar on the left side connected to chassis ground

Applications

  • Gas Turbine Control Systems
  • Steam Turbine Control Systems
  • Wind Turbine Control Systems
  • Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve Management
  • Fuel Flow Monitoring Systems
