Installation Guidelines

• Shaft Handling: Avoid direct impacts or heavy radial shocks to the shaft during coupling installation to prevent damage to the high-resolution encoder optical disc.
• Alignment: Ensure strict concentricity between the motor shaft and the driven machinery. Misalignment exceeding specifications will shorten bearing life.
• Environmental Protection: Mount the motor indoors, free from direct exposure to corrosive gases, oil mist, or conductive dust. Ensure the cable entry points are correctly sealed to maintain the IP65 rating.
• Mounting Position: The motor can be mounted horizontally, vertically shaft-up, or vertically shaft-down. If mounted vertically shaft-down, take appropriate measures to prevent oil or water from pooling at the shaft seal.
