Option 02 (M30x2 metric thread), Option 000 (0 mm unthreaded length), and Option 030 (30 mm overall case length) specify this 3300 XL 25 mm proximity probe configuration — 330851-02-000-030-10-00-05. Proper installation requires correct probe gapping and cable routing. The linear range of the 25 mm system begins at approximately 0.63 mm (25 mils) from the target surface. Secure the probe using the supplied locknut with predrilled safety wire holes. Torque the M30x2 threaded case to the recommended torque of 68 N-m (50 ft-lb). Ensure that the connectors are kept dry and protected using connector protectors. Avoid exposing the cable to sharp bends; observe a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in).
