Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Ensure the control cabinet is completely de-energized and locked out. Verify zero-energy state with a calibrated multimeter.
2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the manufacturer's dimensional drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of burrs to guarantee a proper IP65 seal.
3. 3 Insert the monitor into the cutout from the front of the panel. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the specified torque to avoid warping the bezel.
4. 4 Connect the video signal cable to the appropriate input port. Ensure the connector is fully seated and secured.
5. 5 Connect a compatible external power supply to the monitor's power input terminal. Verify the voltage and polarity match the monitor's requirements.
6. 6 After verifying all connections are secure, remove the lockout/tagout devices and re-energize the cabinet. Power on the monitor and configure display settings as needed.
