Installation Guidelines

1. Disconnect all power from the host Control Panel or Panel PC and verify that the system is fully de-energized.
2. Verify that the host panel model is a compatible 15-inch CP6x32 or CP7x32 variant without an integrated keyboard.
3. Mount the C9900-E975 extension housing onto the right side of the display housing, ensuring a secure and properly aligned mechanical connection.
4. Connect the internal CP-Link or USB communication interface to establish bus-controlled push-button and lamp operations.
5. Wire the secondary normally-open terminal row to physical controller inputs if redundant, hardwired push-button signals are required by the application.
6. Connect the emergency stop switch contacts directly to your system's emergency stop safety circuit (such as a safety relay or TwinSAFE module).
7. Insert custom text or symbol labels into the push-button caps to identify operator functions.
