Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Method: Install into the cutout of the control cabinet or operator console using the built-in, pull-out clamping levers. Ensure the seal sits flat against the mounting surface to achieve front-side IP65 ingress protection.
• Thermal Management: Maintain a minimum clearance of 50 mm around the top, bottom, and side ventilation openings of the rear chassis to allow proper cooling air circulation. Do not exceed the maximum ambient operating temperature of 55 degC.
• Grounding and Shielding: Connect a low-impedance functional earth ground strap to the designated grounding point on the rear ATX chassis to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI).
• Power Connection: Ensure source voltage matches the installed power unit (100 to 240 V AC or 24 V DC) before energizing the device. Route power cables separately from high-voltage motor control lines.
