Description
Precision measurement tasks require stable, high-resolution data acquisition, which the EL3602-0020 analog input terminal delivers. This high-precision module processes differential voltage signals across parameterizable ranges of -10 to +10 V, -5 to +5 V, -2.5 to +2.5 V, and -1.25 to +1.25 V. Offering an integrated 24-bit resolution (including sign) and 500 V electrical isolation between the E-bus and the signal channels, this EtherCAT terminal ensures minimal noise interference and exceptional signal integrity in demanding industrial setups.
Every unit is factory calibrated, enabling high-accuracy performance without immediate field calibration. Built for the Beckhoff EtherCAT system architecture, the module interfaces seamlessly via the E-bus backplane, supporting versatile PLC and distributed control topologies across heavy industries, automation cells, and advanced test benches.

Installation Guidelines
- Mount vertically or horizontally on standard 35 mm DIN rail (conforming to EN 60715) with lock mechanism.
- Ensure double slot and key connection is fully engaged when mounting terminals side-by-side.
- To optimize noise immunity for high-precision 24-bit measurements, use shielded, twisted-pair cabling for all differential signal lines.
- Maintain appropriate ventilation clearance in the cabinet to adhere to the 0 to +50 degC operating temperature limits.
