Description

The Bently Nevada 200350-02-00-01 is a general-purpose, case-mounted seismic transducer designed for casing vibration measurement applications. It features a piezoelectric sensing element housing inside a welded hermetically sealed stainless steel body. The 200350-02-00-01 converts mechanical vibration into a differential voltage signal proportional to acceleration along its sensitive axis. It is engineered for direct connection to compatible Trendmaster systems, including the Trendmaster Pro Constant Current Direct Input Card (part number 149811-02) and Seismic Direct Input Card (part number 164746-01).

Features

  • Hermetically sealed stainless steel casing for harsh industrial environments.
  • Ceramic shear piezoelectric sensing geometry.
  • Top-mounted 2-pin MIL-C-5015 electrical connector.
  • Standard 1/4-28 UNF female mounting thread.
  • Constant current excitation compatible with Trendmaster hardware.

Applications

  • Machine casing vibration monitoring
  • Rotor vibration transmission detection on bearing housings
  • Trendmaster Pro condition monitoring systems

Installation Guidelines

  • Ensure transducer is mounted tightly to the bearing housing or casing to avoid attenuation of high-frequency signals or false readings.
  • Torque mounting studs within 2 to 5 ft-lb (2.7 to 6.8 N-m) limit.
  • Do not apply negative excitation voltage (-Vex) to the sensor.
  • Recommended cable length should not exceed 104 ft (31 m) under standard conditions (assuming maximum vibration of 50g, frequency of 10 kHz, and cable capacitance of 200 pF/m).
