Installation Guidelines

  • Power Isolation: Disable all power supplies by disconnecting the relevant fuses or alternative isolation devices before servicing. Always use a verified voltage testing device to confirm the absence of electric current inside the drive prior to touching components.
  • Cable Mapping: Explicitly diagram and label all cable locations and routing designations before disconnection to guarantee accurate reinstallation.
  • Relay Removal: Detach the securing metal strap from the connector base before pulling the relay straight out of its socket.
  • Relay Insertion: Align the replacement relay precisely with the connector socket, press it firmly into place, clip one end of the metal strap to the connector, route the strap over the top of the relay, and clip it securely to the opposite side of the connector.
