Description

The General Electric IC610MDL179 is a Series One 115/230V AC output module featuring 8 discrete output circuits designed to control user-supplied ON/OFF loads. Engineered for reliable industrial automation performance, this module efficiently manages inductive and resistive loads such as relay coils, motor starters up to size No. 3, solenoid valves, and visual indicator lights. The 8 individual output points are segregated into 2 isolated groups of 4 circuits each, allowing separate power sources to be applied to each group depending on your panel architecture requirements.

Connections / Interfaces

Field wiring connects via the integrated removable terminal board on the front of the module. Terminals 0 through 3 correspond to the first group of 4 outputs, and terminals 4 through 7 correspond to the second group of 4 outputs. Hot connections for the AC power supply are tied together internally for each group, while user loads are wired in series between the module output terminals and the neutral return.
