Description

Designed for space-restricted industrial environments, the GT1045-QSBD is a compact human-machine interface (HMI) terminal belonging to the Mitsubishi Electric GOT1000 series. This unit features a 4.7-inch STN color LCD display designed to provide clear, multi-color visualization and operator control directly on the factory floor. Equipped with dual serial communication ports (RS-422/485 and RS-232) and built-in flash memory, it easily integrates with various PLCs and industrial controllers while maintaining a small physical footprint suitable for localized control panels.

The device employs a matrix resistive touch panel, facilitating reliable operator input even when wearing industrial gloves. It includes dedicated memory zones for both project runtime storage and volatile backup parameters, ensuring operational continuity in manufacturing, packaging, and localized automation cells.

Features

  • Color Visualization: 4.7-inch STN color LCD screen displaying up to 256 colors for process representation.
  • Dual-Point Touch Control: Matrix resistive touch membrane supporting up to two simultaneous press points.
  • Flexible Communication: Integrated RS-422/485 and RS-232 serial interfaces for direct connection to PLCs, drives, and controllers.
  • Robust Solid-State Memory: 3MB built-in flash memory for operational project data and 128KB SRAM for alarm and recipe retention.
  • Maintenance-Free Backlight: Durable white LED backlight with configurable standby/power-save timers.
  • Front-Panel Sealing: Rated equivalent to IP67F protection, preventing liquid and dust ingress in demanding plant conditions.

Applications

  • Packaging machinery control and diagnostics
  • Water and wastewater localized pump control
  • Conveyor and material handling systems
  • HVAC monitoring and building automation panels
  • Machine tool human-machine interface points
