Installation Guidelines

  • Mounting Location: Install the module inside a clean, rigid control cabinet panel. Avoid locations exposed to constant direct sunlight, corrosive gases, or excessive conductive dust.
  • Panel Cutout: Ensure the panel cutout dimensions measure exactly 289 mm by 200 mm. Tighten the mounting screws to the specified torque of 0.36 to 0.48 N-m to maintain the front-panel IP67F seal integrity.
  • Power Wiring: Use copper wires rated between 0.75 mm2 and 2.0 mm2. Apply M3 crimp terminals (such as RAV1.25-3 or V2-S3.3) and tighten terminal block screws to a torque of 0.5 to 0.8 N-m.
  • Grounding: Connect the ground terminal using a dedicated Class D ground (grounding resistance of 100 Ohms or less) with a wire cross-section of at least 2.0 mm2. Do not share the grounding line with heavy noise-generating equipment.
  • Ventilation Clearence: Maintain a minimum clearance of 100 mm from the top and bottom of the unit to other components to allow sufficient convective cooling.

Compliance and Certifications

  • UL / cUL Listed
  • CE (EMC Directive, Low Voltage Directive, RoHS Directive)
  • KC (Korean Certification)
  • Marine Classifications: ABS, BV, DNV GL, LR, NK, RINA
