Installation Guidelines

  • Prepare the control panel cutout with dimensions of exactly 383.5 mm x 282.5 mm. Ensure the mounting panel is stiff enough to prevent deformation.
  • Insert the HMI from the front of the panel and secure it using the supplied mounting brackets. Tighten bracket screws within the recommended torque specification to maintain the front IP67F dust and water seal.
  • Ensure proper clearance around the rear of the module to allow hot air dissipation. Maintain at least 100 mm of clearance from other devices and wiring ducts.
  • Connect the Frame Ground (FG) terminal to a dedicated Class D ground (grounding resistance of 100 Ohm or less) using a minimum 2 mm2 grounding wire. Do not share the ground wire with high-power equipment.
  • For electrical connections, use crimp terminals rated for M3 screws and ensure terminal screws are tightened to a torque of 0.5 to 0.8 N-m.
