Ground loops can easily develop if the external sensors are connected to different ground potentials. To prevent measurement errors or damage to the module, ensure all signal grounds are referenced to a single common system point or use external signal isolators on individual lines.
Always use shielded twisted-pair cables for analog signal connections to suppress high-frequency noise from nearby variable frequency drives. Ground the cable shield exclusively on the panel enclosure side (single-point grounding) to avoid circulating ground currents. For the screwless clamping terminals, use ferrules with an insulation sleeve length of 8 mm to 10 mm to ensure stable physical insertion.
Disconnect all electrical power supplies from the NX bus, the auxiliary I/O power, and the field devices before attempting module installation, removal, or manual wiring. Failure to completely de-energize the entire system may result in structural damage to the NX bus interface connectors, corrupt internal parameters, or cause electrical shock.
