Installation Guidelines

CRITICAL WARNING: Electrical hazard. Disconnect all power sources and implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before installation or servicing. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Failure to comply can result in severe injury or equipment damage.
  1. 1 Ensure the mounting cutout in the control cabinet or panel is prepared to the correct dimensions and is clean of debris and sharp edges. Verify adequate clearance for ventilation and cable routing behind the unit.
  2. 2 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure the unit evenly using all provided mounting clamps. Tighten the clamps in a diagonal pattern to ensure a uniform seal against the panel gasket. Do not overtighten.
  3. 3 Connect a dedicated protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the PC chassis. This connection is critical for safety and noise immunity. Use a low-impedance conductor with the shortest possible path to the main cabinet ground bar.
  4. 4 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the unit's power input connector, observing correct polarity. The power source should be a stable, regulated Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV) or Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV) supply.
  5. 5 Connect all required communication and peripheral cables (e.g., Ethernet, USB, serial). Ensure all connectors are fully seated and secured. Route cables away from high-voltage lines and sources of electromagnetic interference.
