Installation Guidelines

CRITICAL WARNING: Hazardous voltages may be present. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Always de-energize and lock out/tag out all power sources before attempting installation, wiring, or maintenance. Failure to comply can result in severe injury or death.
  1. 1 Verify the panel cutout dimensions are correct for the display's housing. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and rigid.
  2. 2 Insert the display into the panel cutout from the front. Secure it from the rear using all provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the specified torque to ensure a proper seal.
  3. 3 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the designated terminals. Double-check polarity (+/-) before energizing the circuit.
  4. 4 Connect the DisplayPort or DVI cable from the host controller to the corresponding port on the display. Secure any locking screws on the connector.
  5. 5 Connect the USB cable between the display and the host controller to enable touch functionality.
  6. 6 Ensure the display's chassis is properly connected to the panel's protective earth (PE) ground for safety and noise immunity.
