  2. 2 Verify the panel cutout dimensions match the Panel PC's mounting requirements. Ensure adequate clearance for ventilation and cable routing.
  3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout and secure it using all provided mounting clamps. Tighten the clamps evenly in a cross-pattern to ensure a proper seal and prevent bezel distortion.
  4. 4 Connect the main AC power cable to the unit's power input terminal. Ensure the connection is secure and the cable has appropriate strain relief.
  5. 5 Connect the protective earth (PE) or grounding terminal to the cabinet's main ground point using a low-impedance conductor. This is critical for safety and noise immunity.
  6. 6 Connect all required communication cables, such as Ethernet and PROFIBUS. Route signal cables separately from high-voltage power lines to minimize electromagnetic interference.
