Installation Guidelines

The switch is designed for mounting on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. Ensure the DIN rail is securely grounded to the protective earth (PE) system before mounting the device. For optimal thermal performance, maintain at least 20 mm of clearance on all sides of the housing to allow natural convection cooling.

When wiring the redundant power inputs, use the provided 4-pin removable terminal block. Ensure that the power supply cables are rated for the maximum current consumption of 5.5 A at 24 V DC. Tighten the terminal block screws to the specified torque to prevent loose connections in high-vibration environments.
