The ACT20X-2HDI-2SDO-RNO-S features integrated line fault detection (LFD) to monitor the input circuits for wire breaks or short circuits. Installation Guidelines

• Mounting: Mount vertically on a standard TS 35 DIN rail.
• Wiring: Ensure strict physical separation between intrinsically safe (Ex i) input wiring and non-intrinsically safe output/power wiring. Maintain a minimum distance of 50 mm between the terminal groups.
• Grounding: Connect the DIN rail to the local functional earth ground to ensure proper shielding and noise immunity.
• Ventilation: Provide adequate clearance above and below the module to prevent heat buildup inside the control cabinet.
