This variant is specifically configured for applications requiring a fully threaded casing of 50 mm without any unthreaded portion at the tip. Installation Guidelines

To avoid potential damage during installation, do not exceed the recommended installation torque of 11.3 N m (100 in lb) for this metric M10x1 threaded probe body. The minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) must be observed for both armored and unarmored cable runs. Connectors must remain dry and free of contaminants; it is recommended to apply silicone self-fusing tape or a connector protector kit to the probe-to-extension cable junction to block moisture and process fluids. The field wiring should use a three-conductor shielded triad cable with a maximum length of 305 meters (1,000 feet) between the Proximitor Sensor and the monitoring system.
