The HG-SR352BJ is fully matched with the Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 amplifier range, specifically the MR-J4-350A and MR-J4-350B drive modules. When upgrading from legacy HC-SFS series models (such as the HC-SFS352B), verify mounting depth adjustments and encoder adapter cable configurations, as physical connector interfaces have changed.
Always ensure that the electromagnetic brake is used strictly for holding and not dynamic braking. Attempting to use the brake to decelerate a moving load will result in premature wear of the internal friction plates and eventual positioning failure.
