2 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the panel. Secure it from the rear using all provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the manufacturer's specified torque to ensure a proper seal.
3 Connect a low-impedance protective earth (PE) ground wire to the designated grounding terminal on the PC chassis. This is essential for safety and noise immunity.
4 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the power input connector, ensuring correct polarity. Use appropriately sized wiring and ensure the power source is stable and within the specified voltage range.
5 Connect Ethernet, PROFIBUS/MPI, USB, and any other required communication cables. Route cables neatly, avoiding sharp bends and proximity to high-voltage power lines to prevent interference.
6 After all connections are secure and the panel is closed, remove the LOTO device and re-apply power to the cabinet to commission the Panel PC.
