The IP1001-B200 is housed in a fully sealed enclosure, allowing direct machine mounting without an additional control cabinet. When installing the module, ensure the fiber-optic cables are routed to strictly maintain their minimum specified bend radius to prevent signal attenuation or physical damage. Mount the box securely to a flat surface using the integrated mounting holes. For installations requiring IP67 protection, all unused M8 and fiber-optic ports must be sealed using the appropriate protective caps, and mating connectors must be fully torqued according to manufacturer guidelines.
