Installation Guidelines

• Ensure the probe lead is longer than the sleeve.
• For probe penetration lengths between 1.0 in and 2.0 in, counter-boring the machine case may be necessary to reduce probe side-view effects.
• If the total probe penetration (C + D) exceeds 300 mm (12 in), add sleeve support near the probe to prevent resonance.
• The adjustment range for probe penetration is 13 mm (+/- 0.5 in).
