What is the purpose of the "Skip Frequency" setting?

Industrial machines often have specific "resonant frequencies" where vibration becomes excessive and can cause mechanical damage. The VFD015B43A allows you to program three independent zones where the drive will not linger, effectively "skipping" over those dangerous vibration speeds while accelerating or decelerating.

How does the Stall Prevention work during acceleration?
