The Triconex 5401 is a high-reliability hardware assembly designed for fault-tolerant control within the Trident safety system architecture. As a specialized Digital Output TriPak , this package supplies the necessary infrastructure for localized or distributed industrial safeguarding fields. The entire configuration includes a Digital Output Module (Model 3401) along with a compatible Digital Output Baseplate Kit (Model 2401). To guarantee strict safety enforcement, the module incorporates three isolated channels that independently receive control data from the Main Processor (MP) dedicated to each specific channel pathway, eliminating single points of failure across critical automation loops.
