Does the module support the connection of external Zener barriers?

No, a Zener barrier is not allowed to be connected with this module. An isolation barrier must be used instead when the device is deployed in intrinsically safe applications.

What are the exact channel isolation capabilities of this device?

The module features complete isolation between the field circuits and the internal system logic, as well as galvanically isolated pathways between each individual input and output channel, rated at 500 V AC for 1 minute.

How does the allowable load resistance change under high operating temperatures?
