Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: Prior to attempting installation, wiring, or inspection of this process indicator, fully isolate and lockout the main 100-240VAC power supply source. Failure to completely de-energize the panel wiring can result in severe electrical shock, component destruction, or operational system faults.

Prepare a standard 1/8 DIN panel cutout (92 mm wide x 45 mm high). Smooth out any rough metal edges or burrs.

Mount the watertight rubber packaging ring around the meter's bezel and push the unit through the cutout from the front of the panel.

Slide the provided mounting bracket adapter over the unit housing from the rear of the panel. Tighten the clamping screws evenly until the front watertight packaging is fully compressed.

Wire the AC power line (terminals for 100-240VAC) using crimp terminals. Ensure the analog sensor shielding is grounded to the control cabinet ground bar.
