This 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe has no protective armor (330103 series) and is configured with a miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector (Option 02) and no regional agency approvals (Option 00). It operates as part of an eddy-current transducer system to measure shaft vibration, radial displacement, or axial position relative to an AISI 4140 steel target.

Installation Guidelines

• Thread engagement limit for M10 x 1 thread is 15 mm maximum to avoid binding or damage.
• Torque standard: Torque the probe case to mounting brackets or housing with standard metric locknuts.
• Connect the coaxial ClickLoc connectors finger-tight to join the probe and extension cable.
• Minimum bend radius for the standard coaxial cable is 25.4 mm (1.0 inch).
• Keep the probe tip clear of surrounding metal structures to avoid side-viewing interference (minimum clearance of 1.5 times the probe tip diameter).
