To provide our global partners with complete peace of mind, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the original order date.

Eligibility & Conditions

To ensure the integrity of our inventory for all customers, please note the following conditions:

  • Applicability: This policy applies exclusively to in-stock products.

  • Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original factory packaging, unopened and factory-sealed, with all original documentation and accessories included.

  • Exclusions: Products that have been installed, used, or have broken factory seals are not eligible for return unless a functional defect is covered under our 12-month warranty.

Shipping & Handling

In the event of a return under our 30-day guarantee:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and related customs fees for both the initial delivery and the return shipment to our facility.

  • These incurred costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
