1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PLC ProTech Ltd. website (www.plcprotech.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and procurement partners.

2. Independent Distributor Status

PLC ProTech Ltd. is an independent distributor of industrial automation parts. Please be advised:

  • We are not an authorized distributor or representative for the brands we sell (e.g., ABB, GE, Honeywell, etc.).

  • All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

  • The factory warranty provided by the original manufacturer may not apply; however, PLC ProTech Ltd. provides its own 12-month comprehensive warranty for all products.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All prices listed on the website or provided via quotation are in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotations are typically valid for 7 days due to the dynamic nature of industrial inventory.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors or sudden stock depletion.

4. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including T/T (Bank Transfer), Credit Cards, and PayPal. For large-scale industrial projects, full payment is generally required before dispatch unless a specific credit agreement has been signed.

5. Shipping & International Delivery

  • Delivery Time: While we offer same-day dispatch for in-stock items, delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). PLC ProTech Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues.

  • Customs & Duties: The buyer (consignee) is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs clearance fees in the destination country.

6. Export Control & Compliance

The products supplied by PLC ProTech Ltd. may be subject to export control laws. The buyer agrees not to export, re-export, or transfer any products to any country or entity subject to international sanctions or trade embargoes.

7. Limitation of Liability

PLC ProTech Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, facility downtime, or production delays) arising from the use or failure of the products supplied. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PLC ProTech Ltd. is registered (China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
