Product Description

Description

The Bently Nevada 134652-01 is a CPU Processor Board designed to provide the processing interface between compatible machinery protection systems and Bently Nevada on-line machinery management software. The 134652-01 continuously collects steady-state and startup/shutdown transient data in parallel from connected monitoring channels. Operating within the TDXnet communications processor, the board manages data collection, processes 4 Keyphasor input channels, and routes processed static, orbit, and spectrum data to host systems over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3 TCP/IP) or RS485 serial multidrop SDI links.

Features

  • Immediate recovery from power loss
  • High-resolution static, orbit, and spectrum data acquisition
  • Ethernet link to Data Manager 2000 host computers
  • Two independent startup/shutdown data buffers and one independent delta-time buffer
  • Parallel collection of steady-state and startup/shutdown data
  • Keyphasor-based startup and shutdown data acquisition eliminating external contact closures
  • RS485 multidrop interface supporting Allen-Bradley and Modbus SDI protocols

Applications

  • Online machinery condition monitoring and transient data acquisition
  • Real-time startup and coastdown data processing for industrial rotating machinery
  • System interface for Bently Nevada 3500, 3300, and 2201 Machinery Protection Systems
