Installation Guidelines

• Mount the unit on a standard 35 mm DIN rail or secure directly to a flat panel using the built-in mounting holes.
• Ensure a minimum clearance of 50 mm above, below, and to the sides of the CPU module for proper natural convection cooling.
• Connect the Class D ground terminal (100 ohms or less) using a minimum wire gauge of 2.0 mm² to reduce electrical noise susceptibility.
• Route all digital I/O lines away from high-voltage AC lines and motor drive cables to prevent electromagnetic interference.
