Installation Guidelines

To ensure optimal cooling and system reliability, mount the servo amplifier vertically on a flat, metallic panel. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 mm on both sides and 40 mm above and below the unit for proper heat dissipation. Ensure that the mounting environment is free from corrosive gases, oil mist, excessive dust, and direct sunlight.

Connect the protective earth (PE) terminal securely to the cabinet ground. Use shielded, twisted-pair cables for control signals and encoder feedback to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI). Route power cables separately from control and signal wires.
