The Emerson TREXLFPKLWS3 (Part Number: TREXLFPKLWS3S) AMS Trex Device Communicator is an intrinsically safe handheld diagnostic tool designed for commissioning, configuring, and troubleshooting field devices in process automation environments. Built around an 800 MHz ARM Cortex A8/NXP microprocessor and running Windows Embedded Compact 2013, the TREXLFPKLWS3 provides pre-installed Device Description (DD) libraries for HART and FOUNDATION Fieldbus applications. Equipped with the Device Communicator Plus communication module, it can power connected instruments directly in the field or bench setups, eliminating the need for external power supplies during device configuration. Integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity enable wireless data exchange and automatic synchronization with the AMS Device Manager database.
