Installation Guidelines

• Mounting: Secure the Panel PC using the four M6 x 18 mm threaded holes located on the backplane mounting arm adapter. Ensure the mounting arm structure can support the 8 kg weight of the unit.
• Environmental Sealing: To maintain the IP65 protection rating, ensure all mating cables and protective caps are correctly installed and tightened.
• Thermal Management: Allow sufficient clearance around the aluminum housing for natural convection. Do not block the passive heat dissipation surfaces. Operating temperature must remain between 0 and 45 degC.
• Grounding: Connect the housing to a low-impedance functional earth ground to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensure safe operation.
