  2. 2 Mount the Unit: Carefully insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Ensure the front bezel gasket is properly seated against the panel surface to maintain the specified ingress protection rating.
  3. 3 Secure Mounting Clamps: From the rear of the unit, install and tighten the provided mounting clamps evenly around the perimeter. Apply torque sequentially and uniformly to avoid deforming the bezel and to ensure a consistent seal.
  4. 4 Connect Power and Ground: Connect the main power supply to the designated input terminals. Crucially, connect the functional earth (FE) or protective earth (PE) terminal to the cabinet's ground bus using a low-impedance conductor to ensure safety and noise immunity.
  5. 5 Connect Peripherals: Connect all required interface cables, such as Ethernet, USB, and serial communications. Ensure proper cable strain relief and routing to prevent accidental disconnection and interference.
  6. 6 Final Checks and Power-Up: After all connections are secure, remove LOTO devices and re-energize the cabinet. Power on the Panel PC and proceed with operating system and application software installation as required.
