Installation Guidelines

• Cutout Dimensions: Panel mounting cutout must measure 289 mm (W) x 200 mm (H).
• Panel Thickness: Ensure the mounting surface panel thickness is between 2.0 mm and 4.0 mm.
• Gasket Inspection: Verify the continuous waterproof packing gasket is clean, properly aligned, and undamaged before inserting the HMI into the cutout to guarantee the front panel IP67F rating.
• Thermal Management: Maintain a minimum safety clearance of 100 mm from the rear and side panels of other machinery to permit unobstructed natural convection cooling.
• Grounding Requirements: Connect a dedicated 2.0 mm² or larger ground wire to the protective earth terminal (Class D grounding, with a ground resistance of 100 ohms or less). Do not share the ground connection with heavy machinery.
