Advance Optima AO2040 is a modular wall-mounted continuous gas analyzer central unit designed for demanding process gas analysis and emission monitoring applications. The system integrates a system controller, power supply, and configurable I/O options inside a rugged wall-mount housing with an interactive display and control unit. Communicating via an internal linear system bus, the central unit seamlessly interface with up to four analyzer modules—handling up to six sample components simultaneously.

Features

  • Modular System Architecture: Integrates up to four analyzer modules and five I/O modules across a linear system bus with a maximum length of 350 meters.
  • Versatile Interface Options: Supports Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T, PROFIBUS (RS485/MBP), Modbus (RS485/RS232), and configurable analog and digital I/O expansion boards.
  • Automatic Calibration: Features integral calibration cells or air calibration capabilities to reduce or eliminate the need for test gas cylinders.
  • Integrated Gas Conditioning Control: Direct system bus connection to SCC-F feed units and SCC-C sample gas coolers for real-time monitoring of condensate, flow, and cooler status.
  • Self-Monitoring & Diagnostics: Continuous self-monitoring functionality provides clear-text status messages and indicates maintenance requirements.
  • Comprehensive Operator Interface: Features a large graphics panel for simultaneous numeric display and bar graph visualization alongside a menu-driven interface.

Applications

  • Process gas monitoring and control
  • Industrial emission monitoring in accordance with EN 15267
  • Burner and flue gas analysis
  • Pure gas measurement and trace analysis
  • Monitoring of explosive, corrosive, toxic, or flammable gas streams
