Description

The BECKHOFF C9900-E865 is an electromechanical push-button extension unit engineered for integration with BECKHOFF CP6xxx and CP7xxx series Control Panels and Panel PCs equipped with a 15-inch display without keyboard, including CP6x22 and CP7x22 models. Installed directly on the right-hand side of the operating unit, the extension consolidates manual machine operation controls onto the display housing. This tight integration eliminates the need for an external operator desk or secondary button console, streamlining machine station design while keeping vital electromechanical controls within immediate operator reach.

Equipped with 14 illuminated square push buttons (Siemens Signum, 30 x 30 mm) and one dedicated Siemens Signum emergency stop actuator, the unit provides direct tactile control for critical machine functions. Operator inputs are managed through a dual-path architecture: each push button transmits a normally-open (NO) contact status digitally via CP-Link or USB, while a secondary normally-open contact is routed directly to an internal terminal block for conventional hardwired logic. The integrated signal lamps are controlled digitally via the CP-Link or USB communication interface. For fail-safe machine stopping, the emergency stop push button is directly wireable into external safety circuits.

Features

  • Right-side mechanical housing extension designed for 15-inch BECKHOFF CP6x22 and CP7x22 Control Panels and Panel PCs.
  • Arrangement of 14 Siemens Signum square illuminated push buttons (30 x 30 mm) and one Siemens Signum emergency stop actuator.
  • Dual-path push-button signaling with primary normally-open contacts transmitted via CP-Link or USB and secondary contacts accessible via internal terminal strip.
  • Digital control of all 14 visual indicator lamps exclusively through the CP-Link or USB bus interface.
  • Independent, directly wireable emergency stop switch for integration into hardware safety circuits.
  • Transparent push-button caps designed to accept custom labeling inserts for clear functional identification.
