Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure all power supplies are fully de-energized before beginning installation or wiring.
2. Prepare a precise cutout in the control cabinet door or panel according to the exact dimensional drawing for the 21.5-inch enclosure.
3. Carefully insert the Panel PC from the front into the prepared cutout.
4. Engage and tighten the pull-out clamping levers from the rear to secure the device. Ensure even pressure to establish a reliable IP65 seal against the front panel surface.
5. Ensure that the IP20 rear housing has adequate clearance for passive convective cooling and that the ventilation pathways are unobstructed.
6. Connect the 24 V DC power supply and ground conductors in accordance with electrical engineering standards.
7. Attach Ethernet, USB, and any other system cables before applying control voltage.
