This control panel is equipped with CP-Link 4 technology (The One Cable Display Link). Through CP-Link 4, the unit transmits DVI signals, USB 2.0 data, and operating power over a single, standard Cat.6A cable up to a distance of 100 meters from the host industrial PC. This architecture reduces installation footprint, minimizes cable runs, and simplifies system wiring.

Constructed with a premium aluminum housing and a solid glass front, the unit is engineered to withstand challenging industrial conditions. The robust front panel provides high ingress protection, while the back panel maintains a slim mechanical profile for space-constrained cutouts.

Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure the system is fully de-energized before beginning installation or panel cutout preparation.
2. Verify that the cabinet cutout dimensions match the specifications for the 7-inch built-in variant.
3. Insert the Control Panel into the cutout from the front, ensuring the perimeter gasket sits flush against the cabinet surface to maintain the IP65 rating.
4. Tighten the integrated pull-out clamping levers from the rear to secure the device firmly in the cutout. Do not overtighten.
5. Connect the CP-Link 4 RJ45 port to your transmitter module using a certified, shielded Cat.6A cable.
6. If using local 24 V DC power rather than One Cable Technology, connect the supply line to the designated terminal block, ensuring correct polarity.
