Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure the installation location is completely de-energized before handling electrical connections or mounting hardware.
2. Inspect the stainless steel housing, seals, and glass front for any transit damage prior to installation.
3. Mount the control panel securely using the provided M5 threaded mounting holes on a compatible mounting arm adapter.
4. Connect the Cat.6A cable from the compatible BECKHOFF CP-Link 4 transmitter module to the M12 interface on the panel.
5. Establish the 24 V DC power supply connection according to the system architecture, utilizing either integrated power transmission or a separate supply line.
6. Verify that all screw-on protective caps, M12 connectors, and potential bonding measures are properly secured to maintain the IP65 protection rating.
7. Power on the system and verify touch screen responsiveness, display clarity, and communication link stability via TwinCAT or the host Industrial PC.
