Installation Guidelines

1. Verify that the BECKHOFF CP3916-0010 model and connection layout match your system design and the chosen CP-Link 4 transmitter unit.
2. De-energize the master industrial PC and any auxiliary power supplies before commencing physical mounting or cable connections.
3. Secure the Control Panel to your mounting arm system using four M6 screws inserted into the 100 x 100 mm connection block. Ensure the mounting structure is rated to support the weight of the assembly.
4. Connect the Cat.6A cable to the designated M12 CP-Link 4 round connector. Hand-tighten the connector threads to maintain the integrity of the IP65 seal.
5. If your system layout utilizes a separate power supply configuration, connect the auxiliary 24 V DC power line to the second M12 connector.
6. Turn on power to the transmitter PC, check diagnostic status indicators, and verify proper touch response and display operation in the operating system environment.
