Installation Guidelines

1. Verify that the physical mounting arm, bracket, or support mechanism is rated to support the weight of the Panel PC before installation.
2. Isolate and de-energize the 24 V DC power supply before performing any electrical connection work.
3. Secure the Panel PC to the mounting arm adapter using the four rear-facing M6 x 18 mm threaded holes. Tighten fasteners to standard engineering torque limits.
4. Connect the network cables and RS232 serial connections using IP65-compliant connector hoods to maintain the environmental seal of the housing.
5. Connect the protective ground conductor securely to the designated ground terminal on the chassis.
6. Apply power and perform diagnostic startup checks to verify hardware initialization and network link status.
